Last Updated: October 2026
Clear Paths Experiences ("Clear Paths," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. It applies to our website, clearpathsexperiences.ca, and to the emails you send us.
We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Cookies
Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. Our site uses cookies set by Wix so the site works properly and so we can see basic visitor numbers. You can choose your cookie settings using the banner on our site, or turn off cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when we need to:

How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records, or meet legal and tax rules. After that, we delete it safely.
How we protect it
We use password-protected accounts and trusted service providers to keep your information safe. No website or email is 100% secure, so please don't send sensitive details like health information by email unless we ask for them.
